The Greenwich YFC Survival weekend, it's a great weekend away! Dates 21st, 22nd & 23rd May 2010 open to all young people of secondary school age... 

The cost is £70 but if you live in Greenwich or attend school in Greenwich then you can apply for a grant of up to £55 by downloading a Blackheath Bluecoat form.
Please note that places with transport are limited this year to 15.  We will be as fair as we can in allocating places. For more people to go we will need help with transport.  

Here are the details:

Stage 1: Click here for the brochure... and here for the  Registration Letter and Consent Form. If you are not registered to Greenwich YFC, then you will also need to complete the attached Activity Registration Form in order to participate in the weekend.

Stage 2: You will also need to fill in the Survival 2010 Booking Form

Stage 3: If you would like to apply for a grant from the Bluecoat Trust then you need to fill in this form (more details here). Please note we need these returned to us by 21st  April 2010 in order to process them (it may be possible after that date but more complicated)

Stage 4: Return the completed forms to the GYFC office with payment.
